Job Posting RN Home Care/Hospice Full Time RN Home Care/Hospice, 8a - 5p, rotating on call. Must be able to develop a plan of care appropriate to the patient's diagnosis in consultation with physician, maximize comfort and health of the patient in the home setting. Must have good verbal and written skills, must complete hospice training course. Ability to effectively deal with stress. Have access to and ability to drive a dependable automobile and provide proof of liability insurance. One year acute care setting required.
